The Ottawa Valley Team Penning Association would like your help in bringing success to an upcoming event of Team Cattle penning. Our events are held at local fairs, equestrian and agricultural shows and your support, by way of sponsorship, would be appreciated
Our club would appreciate your support in the form of prizes or monetary contributions.
If you choose to sponsor an amount over $500.00, your business will be announced throughout the day, at ALL of the jackpot events. You will be able to display your business banner (which you must provide) in the arena, where we will place it for you and remove after the event. You will receive recognition in all of the newsletters, as well as on our website. You will also receive two complimentary fair passes, and receive an invitation to our year end banquet.
For sponsorships in the amount of $100.00 - $500.00, you may choose one fair to be recognized at during the day. You will also receive recognition in our newsletter and on our website. You will also receive an invitation to our year end banquet.
Sponsorship Packages
Sponsor Package 1 – Cow Number Sponsor - $100.00
What's your favorite number???? How would you like to own that number for a year??? You can sponsor a cow number for $100.00. You can buy a number-"0" through "9"- for fundays and jackpots. Each time the number is called, your name will be announced as the sponsor for that number. It is first come- first sponsor for the numbers. We have a banner that will be hung at each event as well with cow sponsor information.
Sponsor Package 2 – Panel Sponsor - $200.00
As a Panel Sponsor you will receive:
Recognition as a Panel Sponsor for the 2010 Season at OVTPA events
Signage promoting you as a sponsor (Banner provided by sponsor, posted on the panel)
Sponsor name and contact information posted on the OVTPA website
Sponsor Package 3 – Product Sponsor
As a Product Sponsor you will receive:
Recognition at the event/class sponsored
Sponsor name and contact information posted on the OVTPA website
Recognition on Sponsor's Board posted at events
Sponsor Package 4 – Youth Class Sponsor - $100.00
As a Youth Class sponsor, you will receive:
Verbal recognition as a Youth Class Sponsor during the youth class
Signage promoting you as a sponsor (Banner provided by sponsor, posted at the event)

Your logo on OVTPA Promotions for the event

Sponsor Package 5 – Sole Class Sponsor - $500.00
As a Class Sponsor, you will receive:
Verbal recognition as the only sponsor for that class
